i love our stays at the bears! it's super cozy with an inviting pub and some very friendly locals. open fires create a lovely atmosphere, and the food is quite good at decent prices. being dog-friendly makes it feel like home, and the staff is always welcoming.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the cozy pub atmosphere with a friendly crowd and the delightful food, particularly the vegan options that were flavorful and well-prepared. The room was beautifully decorated, making it a lovely retreat after a day of exploring. I did notice some noise from other guests, which can be bothersome if you prefer a completely quiet environment.

Friendly staff, spacious parking, with a flat-screen TV for entertainment, made our stay very enjoyable and convenient to explore the area being just a short drive from Manchester Airport.

Had a lovely hot shower after a long day and breakfast next morning was just fantastic with lots of options it really hit the spot. The pub atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, I felt right at home.

It wasn't precisely a bargain but still pretty acceptable for what you get.
